Bionic Talent is seeking a versatile Web & SEO Manager to own the firm’s digital footprint across WordPress, local SEO, and reputation management. This remote-first role reports to leadership and focuses on technical SEO, GEO, and content optimization.

You will monitor Google Analytics, manage GBP, handle listings/audits, and collaborate with agencies while creating marketing content. US-law firm experience is preferred; global clients welcome.

Formación

• 4+ years of SEO, GEO, and Web Development for US companies.
• Proven experience maintaining and updating websites on WordPress.
• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies with a track record of moving rankings and traffic.
• Demonstrated understanding of optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.

Responsabilidades

• Fully manage, maintain, and update the firm’s WordPress website A-to-Z to ensure peak performance, site health, and security.
• Execute tailored local SEO strategies to ensure the firm ranks prominently for local legal queries and client searches.
• Maintain and optimize the firm’s Google Business Profile (GBP), ensuring local listings, NAP consistency, and maps positioning remain fully optimized.
• Proactively prepare for, monitor, and resolve Google spam audits, algorithm updates, and automated system filterings to prevent listing suppressions.
• Troubleshoot profile or ranking issues, including filing support tickets and communicating directly with Google Support when guidelines or listing disruptions occur.
• Leverage Google Analytics and Search Console to track performance metrics, client conversions, and traffic trends.
• Act as the direct technical liaison between the law firm and external marketing agencies/vendors during contract or operational transitions.
• Reputation Management & Google Reviews Management.
• Develop and create marketing content (i.e., blog, newsletter, and/or press releases).

About the role:

We are seeking a versatile, results-driven Web & SEO Manager to manage and grow our client’s digital ecosystem. In this role, you will report directly to the leadership team and serve as the main technical and execution pillar for search engine optimization (SEO), generative engine optimization (GEO), and web development/management.

The ideal candidate will know how to manage a WordPress site end-to-end, optimize local rankings, monitor performance via Google Analytics, and preemptively protect the firm’s digital presence against Google spam updates and listing audits.
US law firm experience is preferred.

Who are we looking for?

• 4+ years of experience in SEO, GEO, and Web Development for U.S. Companies.

• Proven experience maintaining and updating websites on WordPress.

• Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and local SEO strategies with a real track record of moving rankings and traffic.

• Demonstrated understanding of optimizing content for AI discovery, generative engine optimization, and LLM-driven search tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in marketing for law firms or other competitive, high-intent local services is preferred.

• Proactive, self-directed worker capable of identifying technical risks and recommending solutions independently.

• Previous experience in reputation Management & Google Reviews Management

• Previous experience in developing and creating marketing content (i.e., blog, newsletter, and/or press releases).
