Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Risk, Data/Analytics, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in business management, controls/risk support, COO/PMO, reporting, governance, or similar roles within financial services.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills with strong executive storytelling; translate complex topics into senior-ready narratives.
• Exceptional organizational and execution skills; manage multiple deliverables and tight turnarounds.
• Strong analytical and QA capability; comfortable with metrics, issue lists, and status reporting in Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional in follow-ups and navigating timelines.
• Demonstrated self-motivation, adaptability, and continuous improvement mindset.
• High attention to detail and discretion; strong control mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Own and deliver executive-ready materials for CIB control governance forums (BCCs, Emerging Risk Forum, weekly Control Management meetings).
• Lead the end-to-end meeting production process: set timelines, gather inputs, track actions, and ensure timely submission.
• Synthesize complex inputs into decision-oriented insights and concise messaging for decisions and actions.
• Provide analytical review and QA on metrics, issue trackers, and risk/control updates; drive closure with stakeholders.
• Coordinate and influence across senior stakeholders and SMEs to obtain timely content and resolve priority conflicts.
• Maintain and enhance recurring reporting artifacts and improve governance rhythm through standardization and automation.
