LifeWise Academy is seeking a lead teacher to support the program director in hiring, training and managing LifeWise teachers. The role includes planning curriculum for the school year and ensuring consistency across classrooms and lessons.

You will train teachers, observe performance, and coordinate with the director on policies, schedules and program quality. Active church involvement and alignment with the LifeWise faith statements are required.

Formación

• Minimum of two years of classroom teaching experience in a school or church setting.
• Mature personal Christian faith aligned with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.
• Active participation in a local church whose doctrine aligns with LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith.

Responsabilidades

• Plan curriculum and select LifeWise lessons for each school year.
• Train and observe teachers; organize training days and meetings.
• Create classroom rosters; note health concerns and student needs; maintain program policies.
