Alignerr is seeking Italian-speaking voice actors to record and evaluate AI-generated speech. This remote, flexible hourly contract role welcomes professionals with voice acting, narration, or dubbing experience and a quality home setup. No AI background required.

You will record Italian samples, assess outputs for naturalness and pronunciation, and provide actionable feedback to improve AI voices. Work asynchronously on your own schedule from anywhere.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Italian with natural spoken expression.
• Experienced in voice acting, narration, audiobook recording, dubbing, or similar fields.
• Own a high-quality microphone and access to a quiet, controlled recording environment.
• Detail-oriented in pronunciation, cadence, tone and clarity.

About The Role

Who You Are

• Skilled at delivering clear, engaging, and expressive vocal performances across different styles and tones
• Detail-oriented when it comes to assessing pronunciation, cadence, tone, and clarity
• No prior AI or tech experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience with studio recording or remote voice-over production workflows
• Familiarity with different Italian regional accents or dialects
• Background in broadcasting, theatre, film dubbing, or commercial voice work
• Experience evaluating or reviewing audio content for quality assurance
