DEPT® is seeking a Product Designer to bridge user needs and business goals across UX, UI, and visual craft, delivering end-to-end digital products with measurable value. Own the full design lifecycle from discovery and journey mapping to high-fidelity execution, while collaborating with engineering to ensure feasibility and maintain design integrity across platforms.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, Visual Design, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Uncompromising eye for detail with mastery of layout, typography, and motion to create polished, high‑fidelity interfaces.
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates the user‑centered design process and includes prototypes of varying fidelity as well as UI/visual design capabilities.
• Strong grasp of Figma with a solid understanding of industry standards and features.
• Experience designing a variety of UX artifacts—including personas, user journeys, prototypes, presentations, and UI mock‑ups.
• Demonstrated ability to work within and contribute to complex design systems, ensuring scalability and cross‑platform consistency.
• Understanding of modern front‑end capabilities and a history of collaborating with engineering to deliver technically feasible, performant designs.
• Proactive, self‑starting mentality with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and pivot based on shifting business requirements.

Product Designer
