R/GA's Studio in Buenos Aires is seeking a skilled Editor to define storytelling in the Intelligence Age. You’ll shape rhythm, pacing, and the convergence of image and sound across campaigns, content, and brand stories, editing at a top level with a team of motion designers and AI artists.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional editing experience in commercial or agency work.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro; basic After Effects.
• Deep understanding of pacing, sound design, and visual storytelling.
• Fast output mindset with commitment to quality.
• Curious about AI tools and emergent workflows.

About The Role

Join R/GA's Studio as an Editor and help define what storytelling looks like in the Intelligence Age. You'll shape rhythm, pacing, and the marriage of sight and sound across campaigns, content, and brand stories—editing at the highest level while collaborating closely with our team of motion designers and AI artists pushing what's possible in moving images.

What You'll Do

• Cut compelling stories for broadcast, digital, and social—driven by sound design, pacing, and visual rhythm
• Work in Premiere Pro with precision and creative vision; understand Photoshop, After Effects, and Figma fundamentals well enough to brief our motion design team and know when to call in the specialists
• Collaborate with motion designers, AI artists, and creative technologists on emerging workflows (Runway, Kling, Gemini Omni, Magnific, etc.)
• Know how to engineer and refine a prompt from good to great
• Stay curious about how generative tools are changing editorial possibilities and bring ideas to the team
• Deliver polished work on deadline without compromising craft

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of professional editing experience in commercial, agency, or content production
• Strong command of Premiere Pro; basic After Effects knowledge
• Deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, sound design, and visual storytelling
• Fast output mindset paired with commitment to quality
• Genuine curiosity about AI tools and emerging workflows
• Collaborative spirit and honesty—you speak up when something isn't working
• Fluent in English (comprehension and speaking)
• Strong time management and organizational skills
