Job summary

Eramet is seeking a V.I.E. volunteer to support the ramp-up of lithium production procurement activities in Salta, Argentina. You will manage indirect procurement from sourcing to receipt and help enforce ESG standards across the supply chain.

The role requires a Master’s level degree in procurement or related field, 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in Spanish and English. Travel to the Centenario site is possible.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in procurement or related field.
• Ideally 2–5 years of procurement experience with understanding of procurement processes and basic contracts.
• Open-mindedness, curiosity and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• IT skills: Microsoft Office (advanced); SAP would be an advantage.
• Languages: native or fluent Spanish and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Manage an indirect procurement portfolio from sourcing through to purchase order and receipt (PPE, marketing materials, office equipment, services).
• Implement and monitor performance indicators.
• Support CSR, carbon emissions and procurement ethics matters.
