BairesDev in Argentina is seeking a skilled UX Designer to shape intuitive, high-impact digital experiences. You will translate user needs into elegant interfaces and work closely with product and engineering to deliver value.

You will lead user research, craft wireframes and prototypes in Figma, and help establish scalable design systems with WCAG-aligned accessibility. This fully remote role offers flexible hours and a global, mentor-driven environment. Excellent compensation in USD.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI Design or related product design roles.
• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes and prototypes.
• Experience building and maintaining design systems with WCAG accessibility.
• Hands-on experience conducting user research informing design decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct deep user research and audits to inform information architecture.
• Translate ideas into sketches and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems across product ecosystems.
• Advocate for accessibility standards to ensure inclusive experiences.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to align design with goals.
• Facilitate iterative design cycles through user testing and peer reviews.
