Job summary

Blueprint is a technology solutions firm with teams across the US, currently hiring a UX/CX Designer for a US-based studio. You’ll design end-to-end experiences for an internal AI hub, using user-centered design in a fast, iterative setting and collaborating with executives.

You will build prototypes in Lovable, translate user insights into strategy, and contribute to design systems while working remotely from Argentina on a long-term engagement. A strong portfolio is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on UX/UI, product, or service design experience.
• Strong UX/UI design skills evidenced by a portfolio of shipped work.
• Hands-on experience designing and prototyping in Lovable.
• Ability to gather user context independently and turn it into design strategy and execution.
• Training or certification in user-centered design from recognized programs (IDEO, IBM, Stanford, LUMA, or Forrester).
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, including presenting complex concepts to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools, from early concepts to prototypes.
• Build and iterate quickly in Lovable using AI-assisted workflows, and integrate with VS Code when needed.
• Apply user-centered design methods to frame problems and connect user insights to decisions.
• Create design artifacts at varying fidelities: storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, and personas.
• Contribute to and use an established design system (UI controls, content templates, icons, forms, navigation).
• Plan and facilitate remote and live design thinking workshops with stakeholders and users.
• Present design directions to stakeholders and executives.
• Validate work with peers and users and iterate based on findings.
