Job summary

Blueprint seeks a Senior UX/CX Designer for a U.S.-based Experience Strategy & Design Studio. You will design end-to-end experiences for an AI internal tools hub, collaborating with executives and stakeholders to deliver high-impact prototypes and concepts.

You will work in a fast, iterative environment with user-centered design at its core, contributing to a design system and presenting solutions to senior leaders from Argentina in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking from a recognized program.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in related field with several years of product or service design experience.
• Strong UX/UI design demonstrated through a portfolio of shipped work.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end experiences for internal AI tools and enterprise users.
• Build and iterate rapidly in Lovable and VS Code, integrating with existing projects.
• Apply user-centered design to frame problems and connect insights to design decisions.
• Create design artifacts across fidelity levels: storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, personas.
• Contribute to and use an established design system including UI controls and templates.
• Plan and facilitate remote and live design thinking workshops with stakeholders and users.
