Qualifications

• Proficient in Revit with construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation (3+ years for US market).
• Ability to support the full lifecycle of architecture projects: construction sets, permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations.
• Knowledge of US building codes and permit submission requirements and processes.
• Familiarity with US construction documentation standards.
• Excellent English fluency, both written and spoken.
• Proactive communication and strong client coordination throughout projects with US architects/consultants.
• A strong project portfolio demonstrating substantial US market work, especially construction sets and technical documents.
• Candidates must reside in Latin America.
• Remote work for leading North American clients.
