Qualifications

• Expert in Revit, including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation with 3+ years of experience for the US market.
• Experience across the full lifecycle of architecture projects: construction sets, building permits, 3D modeling, visualization and client presentations.
• Strong knowledge of US building codes, permit submission requirements, and US construction documentation standards.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with proactive communication and client coordination skills.
• Ability to showcase a robust project portfolio focused on US market work, including construction sets and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with US architects and consultants to deliver compliant architectural packages.
• Develop construction documents, permits, and detailed drawings for US projects.
• Present designs to clients and manage communication across stakeholders.
