Job summary

Power Digital is seeking a Creator Strategist to manage end-to-end creator campaigns, coordinating onboarding, briefs, and content delivery. You will collaborate with clients, strategists, and creators to turn concepts into high-quality content while using AI tools to optimize workflows.

You will build strong internal creator networks, vet talent for language and fit, and drive process improvements across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience managing creator or influencer campaigns end-to-end; agency experience preferred.
• Creative Brief Development: build, edit, and manage clear briefs with objectives and deliverables.
• UGC Strategy: working knowledge of UGC and its role in digital marketing.
• Project Management: autonomously manage multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with creators, clients, and internal teams to drive campaign success.
• Process Innovation: identify and implement improvements to enhance how UGC is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and optimize operations through AI technologies.
• Utilize Nova ecosystem to meet departmental objectives.
• Lead creator communications from onboarding to content delivery and tracking with strategists.
• Act as client-facing partner for UGC campaigns; participate in calls and align on creative direction.
• Own campaign workflow by building and maintaining creative briefs with strategists and clients.
• Oversee all deliverables for UGC services, ensuring deadlines and quality standards.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage internal creator lists; nurture relationships across industries.
• Vet and cast creators to fit campaigns; QA for language, brief alignment, and skills.
• Provide guidance and resources to internal creators for high-quality content.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and test new formats and workflows.
• Employ AI technologies to enhance business processes and leverage Iris/nova tools.
