Job summary

Content Creators is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own a client set end-to-end from strategy to execution. You will directly communicate with clients, defend your decisions, and own results across campaigns including Shopping, PMax, and YouTube.

This role is fully remote with US Eastern hours and a fast-moving, hands-on environment. You will govern both brand and non-brand growth, optimize attribution, and build performance assets.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and eCommerce, with results you can walk us through: CPA, ROAS, revenue, and what you actually changed to get them. Shopping and PMax specifically, not just search.
• Fluency across the full stack: Search, Shopping, PMax, Demand Gen, YouTube, Merchant Center, GA4, GTM; Bing is a nice to have.
• AI native: you build and leverage AI tools (Claude or equivalent) to ship landing pages or related assets.
• Excellent English communication for client-facing work at native or near-native level.
• You are skeptical of your own numbers and prefer holdouts over dashboards.
• You can work US Eastern business hours for client calls.
• Bonus: built or operated your own Shopify store, or have run Meta with considerable spend.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact; budgets run from $5k/mo to six figures a month.
• Audit overhauls of accounts before touching them: structure, keywords vs terms, negatives, bidding, impression share, feed health, landing pages, audiences, and conversions.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses; report them separately to show true growth.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded vs. incremental impact.
• Manage Google's automation; audit auto assets and sitelinks to protect client spend.
• Own the feed and tracking: Merchant Center hygiene, test promotions, GA4, GTM, conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting.
• You will build what the account needs and ship solutions using AI.
