Senior Content & Communications Specialist

You will support the Tax Technology Studio at GDS Argentina by creating, refining and organizing high-quality content for internal and external audiences. The role combines content creation, content mining, editorial support, corporate communications and marketing coordination, with a strong focus on clear messaging, presentation development and brand-compliant delivery.

The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Content Creator who can translate complex tax, technology and business topics into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate communications. This opportunity is well suited to someone with strong editorial judgment, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple content workstreams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities

As part of our team, you will:

• Create, adapt and organize content for internal and external communications, campaigns, proposals and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Mine existing materials and subject-matter input to identify reusable messages, insights and content opportunities.
• Write and edit a range of content, including presentation decks, newsletters, emails, intranet articles, web copy, social media posts and other corporate communications.
• Translate tax, technology and business-related topics into clear, concise and audience-appropriate language.
• Develop key messages, communication narratives and storytelling approaches that help strategic initiatives resonate with target audiences.
• Proofread, copy edit, fact-check and quality-assure written materials before publication or distribution.
• Build and polish high-quality PowerPoint presentations that communicate complex information clearly and consistently.
• Support the planning and organization of content calendars, editorial pipelines and related deliverables.
• Coordinate priorities, inputs, reviews and approvals across multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
• Partner with design, marketing, communications, tax and technology teams to align content with business needs and intended audiences.
• Apply EY brand and communications guidance to deliver consistent, brand-compliant materials.
• Maintain organized content repositories and support the effective reuse of approved materials.
• Identify audience needs, recommend relevant topics and propose practical improvements to content and communications.
• Participate in client and internal team calls as needed, capturing requirements and converting them into clear content actions.
• Provide light project coordination and administrative support for assigned content initiatives, while remaining primarily accountable for content and editorial delivery.
• Comply with applicable learning, continuing education, Risk Management and general policy requirements.

Skills and attributes for success

• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to produce polished professional content. Additional languages are beneficial but not required; German or French would be particularly valuable.
• Proven experience in content creation, corporate communications, copywriting, editorial work, content marketing or a related field.
• Strong copy editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills, with close attention to detail and consistency.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with strong PowerPoint proficiency and confidence working in Excel and Word.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively across multiple concurrent requests and deadlines applying basic project management principles where appropriate.
• Strong presentation and information-structuring skills, including the ability to turn complex input into a clear narrative.
• Sound stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently, exercise judgment and follow through on actions and approvals.
• Working knowledge of branding principles and corporate communications standards is an advantage.
• Experience in marketing and communications, corporate communications, editorial roles, customer success/customer experience, project coordination, PMO support or administrative coordination may be relevant.
