Job summary

GrowMojo is seeking a TikTok Creator Community Manager to attract and mentor influencers/creators in TikTok Shop affiliate programs for client brands. This role collaborates with our marketing and client teams to foster partnerships and drive performance.

You will oversee community KPIs, coordinate client meetings, and guide influencer growth while operating from a home office and engaging with U.S. clients. Prior agency experience and TikTok Shop familiarity are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing Discord Communities of influencers or creators.
• Experience with marketing agencies.
• Comfortable presenting marketing solutions to community members.
• Previous accountability for dealing with issues that arise during business.
• Experience with U.S. companies or clients is required.
• Experience with TikTok Shop is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Help build communities of influencers/creators that will be TikTok affiliates for client brands.

• Lead Zoom meetings and conference calls with clients and internal team to ensure needs are met.

• This is a work-from-home position with a suitable home workspace.

TikTok Creator Community Manager

GrowMojo is an official TikTok Shop Partner. This position is for a Influencer/Creator manager for GrowMojo Marketing Agency (see more about our company below). This position will report to GrowMojo's Head of Operations. Past experience working for a marketing or advertising agency with U.S. clients is required. This is not a sales job. This is a role to attract and mentor influencers/creators that are in the TikTok Shop Affiliate program to help our clients have success selling their products through TikTok Shop. If you have overseen a community of influencers/creators, then this is a great role for you.

THE JOB:

The TikTok Creator Community Manager will have the following responsibilities:

• Help us build communities of influencers/creators that will be TikTok affiliates for our client brands.
• Establish relationships with the key influencers/creators in our community.
• Oversee KPIs, Goals and Objectives for our community.
• Organize meetings with our clients to ensure that we are understanding any needs that they have, so we can leverage our influencer community to help solve them.
• Lead Zoom meetings and conference calls with clients and our internal team to make sure that all needs are being met with the TikTok community we manage for them.
• Understand the features and functionality of the TikTok Shop Seller Center to help our clients list and promote their products to TikTok Shop consumers.
• Provide feedback to our performance marketing department, so we can identify areas of our marketing services that we want to evolve to support TikTok Shop Sellers.
• This is a work from home position, so you will need to be able to have a good space for work where you live.

Skills

• Understanding of Discord Communities
• Excellent english communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You need to be good at growth strategy and helping clients surpass their business goals.
• Attention-to-detail coupled with the understanding of what moves the needle. You are able to distill what is important from what is not.
• You're intellectually curious- when a number differs from expectation, you dive in and get to the bottom of it deciphering if it is an outlier or a trend.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Initiative and self-motivation with the ability to manage several influencer/creator communities at the same time.
• Ability to intimately learn and describe leading-edge technology.

Experience
