Job summary

Persona is seeking an experienced Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations professional for a remote contractor role focused on CRM workflows, data accuracy, and revenue operations across SaaS environments.

You'll configure CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), optimize workflows, maintain data quality, and deliver clear reports. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Sales, Revenue, or Customer Success Operations.
• Hands-on CRM configuration and management experience.
• Experience with at least two revenue-related tools outside the CRM.
• Strong operational judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, reporting, and workflow management.
