• Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing implementation projects.
• Experience supporting enterprise software and hardware deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from pre-deployment to go-live and closure.
• Manage multiple complex projects with quality, timelines, and satisfaction targets.
• Serve as primary technical contact during implementations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful deployments.
• Provide risk mitigation and client-focused technical recommendations.
