Job responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
• Advanced experience in applying Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum) to execution and delivery
• Proven ability to own and drive delivery for numerous Agile Scrum teams
• Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Ability to quickly react to change in business needs and handle urgent requests in a fast-paced environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Knowledge in the Financial Services industry with a focus on Capital Markets
• Hands-on experience managing delivery using Atlassian Tools (e.g. Jira)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
