Paired is seeking a hands-on technical operations professional to join our fully remote team. This role blends troubleshooting, automation, QA, and campaign operations to resolve integration issues, build automations, and support partner onboarding.

You will work with GoHighLevel, APIs, SQL, and MongoDB, create lightweight dashboards, and apply AI tools to speed up coding, testing, and automation. We value proactive problem-solvers who can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical operations, support, automation, or QA.
• Experience building automations and integrations between multiple systems.
• Strong REST APIs, webhooks, and system integrations.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience querying and troubleshooting databases using SQL; MongoDB preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting CRMs; GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus.
• Experience with automated QA/testing workflows and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to support non-technical teams and work independently.

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience querying and troubleshooting databases using SQL; MongoDB experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting CRMs and business systems; GoHighLevel (GHL) is a strong plus.
• Experience with automated QA/testing workflows, root-cause analysis, and technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to support non-technical teams and independently resolve technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills and experience managing multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
