GlacierGrid, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to own the technical side of customer relationships from initial conversations through renewal. You will manage 10 to 14 multi-site accounts, run quarterly reviews, and be the primary contact for customers while diagnosing HVAC-related issues and reviewing energy data.

Strong English skills and EST overlap are required. You will inventory equipment, model savings, pull sensor data, and communicate findings clearly to customers and internal teams,

Qualifications

• 3+ years in account management or related roles.
• Provide a story about an account you saved; not just serviced.
• Curiosity about how commercial HVAC and refrigeration work.
• Ability to pull sensor and energy data and identify trends.
• Explain a technical problem clearly and honestly state fault source.
• Use AI tools for analysis, drafting, and diagnostics.

Responsabilités
