Property Leads is seeking a technically savvy operations generalist to manage day-to-day technical and operational needs of our growing business in Argentina.

This hands-on role sits at the intersection of technical operations, campaign execution, creative compliance, and process improvement, coordinating with affiliate teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners to ensure campaigns launch smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical operations, marketing operations, affiliate operations, or a similarly technical and execution-focused role.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new platforms, troubleshoot integrations, and navigate unfamiliar systems independently.
• Familiarity with performance marketing technologies, tracking platforms, APIs, pixels, or lead management systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational and technical setup of new partners, campaigns, and traffic sources, ensuring launches are accurate, timely, and seamless.
• Coordinate integrations, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical or operational roadblocks with partners and external teams.
• Manage campaign configurations, tracking implementations, payout updates, and other technical adjustments across platforms.
• Support implementation and maintenance of partner integrations, lead delivery systems, and marketing technologies.
• Identify bottlenecks and develop more efficient systems for managing recurring approvals and operational requests.
