A leading care provider is seeking a Care Team Leader to manage shifts and support the team in delivering person-centred care. The ideal candidate will have experience in care and team leadership, focusing on empowering individuals to achieve their goals. We are recruiting for a Care Team Leader at our residential service based in Durham to support the Manager by leading the day-to-day management of a shift and delivering support.
Location: Seaham, Durham
Job type: Full time: 40 hours per week

The team provides practical assistance and emotional support to empower people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they want to live.
Do you have previous experience working in care, leading a team and want to further your development within a Team Leader role?
This is an opportunity for a pro-active Team Leader to join an evolving Care Company. You will need to have previous experience of working within a care role and experience of leading a team.
