We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to guide a team of skilled developers working on complex systems for one of our key clients. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background in.NET and Angular, coupled with leadership expertise to drive both team success and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead a team of developers to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for front-end and back-end development.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features while improving existing systems.

Collaboration and Planning

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and strategies for breaking a monolithic application into microservices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and scope.

Team Management

• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
• Monitor and improve development workflows and processes.
