**Job Overview**
The Leader of the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with the project and clinical lead to achieve the delivery of the project's overall objectives to the sponsor's satisfaction per contract, while optimizing speed, quality and cost of delivery and in accordance with IQVIA SOPs, policies and practices.
**Essential Functions:**
- Leadership activities:
- Leader of the Centralized Monitoring team, partner with the project and clinical lead to perform oversight on clinical deliverables on global assigned projects as per the protocol, SOPs, respective regulation/guidelines and project Clinical Operations Plan.
- Unblinded Clinical Lead, including IP management for the assigned study to identify risk and proposed mitigation (including re-supply, re-labelling, Import/export licenses etc.)
- May act as Clinical Lead when there is not assigned to the study and at project close out.
- Manage project resources (CRAs/ Central Monitors/ Clinical Trial Assistants/ Centralized Monitoring Assistants)
- Analytical activities:
- Manage, monitor and complete study/site metrics trending (trend analysis of clinical aspects of the trial, share trends and agree on action plan, review, triage and action clinical study alerts, monitor clinical operation plan compliance etc.).
- Contribute to developing the study specific analytics strategy and work on developing advanced analytics.
- Support project management team to develop monitoring strategy, including monitoring triggers/thresholds.
- Attend study team and /or client meetings.
- Provide Inputs to clinical study teams, key decision makers, and internal team members to manage continuous process improvements, issue escalation, workload projections.
- Development and use of study management plans, and/or RBM specific tools and templates, and/or other study specific plans to evaluate the quality and integrity of the study.
- Ensure complete and accurate documentation of all the study specific tools and templates and keep the project Audit ready, including eTMF oversight.
- Mentors or coaches for junior staff.
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
- +3 years of relevant clinical monitoring experience (as remote or on site CRA). Advanced knowledge of clinical trial conduct and skill in applying applicable clinical research regulatory requirements; i.e., ICH GCP and relevant local laws, regulations and guidelines, towards clinical trial conduct.
- +2 years in a Lead role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including advanced command of English (Mandatory).
- Strong organizational, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output.
- Excellent motivational, influencing, negotiating and coaching skills.
- Ability to work on multiple global projects and manage competing priorities.

**Our Associate Recruiter is accountable for:**
- Supporting full-cycle recruiting activities for high-volume hiring across multiple business lines and functions.
- Manage a high-volume workload of 15-20 active requisitions while supporting 2-3 client accounts simultaneously or in multiple locations.
- Maintain a consistent hiring cadence, supporting 5+ candidate starts per week while meeting quality and service level expectations.
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and Applicant Tracking System, Bullhorn.
- Conducting recruiter screens to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and overall alignment.
- Partnering closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a consistent, fair, and inclusive selection process.
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
- Supporting recruiting metrics and reporting to help drive continuous process improvement.
- Building talent pipelines to proactively support current and future hiring needs.
**Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experience:**
- Minimum of 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume or operational hiring.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, such as Bullhorn, Avature, Workday, Greenhouse, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented approach with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and a sense of urgency.

# Job Summary:
Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, this position is responsible for leading the Corporate Finance & Accounting function for a newly established Corporate Office. The role will ensure compliance with Bechtel policies and local statutory requirements while supporting the setup of processes, controls, and reporting.
This position will have an initial scoped but is expected to evolve in parallel with business growth, increasing in complexity, transaction volume, and leadership responsibilities, supporting progression toward a high level.
# Major Responsibilities:
- Leading Finance & Accounting activities for the Buenos Aires Corporate Office, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, taxes, cash management, and statutory reporting.
- Maintaining corporate and statutory accounting books ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Preparing financial statements, trial balances, and supporting schedules. Performing and overseeing monthly reconciliations, including corporate vs. statutory records.
- Managing cash flow and prepare forecasts in coordination with Santiago office Cash Management group.
- Ensuring timely and accurate tax filings and statutory submissions. Coordinating with project teams and functions to resolve accounting issues.
- Providing financial analysis and management reporting. Acting as the primary accounting interface for the Argentina Corporate Office.
- Contributing to the establishment of a strong control environment aligned with Bechtel standards.
- Supporting the design and improvement of accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
- Supporting and progressively lead audits, tax inspections, and compliance reviews.
- Providing recommendations on complex accounting, tax, and compliance matters.
- Participating in system implementations and process standardization initiatives.
- Supporting scaling of the accounting function, including onboarding and supervision of staff.
