Globant, a digitally native technology services company, is seeking a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst in Argentina. The role focuses on executing and monitoring TP policies, analyzing intercompany transactions, and ensuring arm's length compliance across jurisdictions.

You will prepare Master File, Local Files, and CbCR, benchmark studies, draft intercompany agreements, and support regional tax decisions while mentoring junior analysts in a remote/hybrid setup.

Formación

• 4–6 years of transfer pricing experience, preferably in Big4 or multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of OECD TP Guidelines, BEPS actions, and LATAM TP regulations.
• Excellent English (written and spoken) for global coordination.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with TP databases (Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Orbis/Amadeus, KtMINE); SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

Right now, we are looking for a Senior Transfer Pricing Analyst to join our team! This role is critical to ensuring our intercompany transactions comply with global and local transfer pricing regulations, supporting our global expansion while mitigating tax risks.

Goal and main responsibilities:

In this position, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring the group’s transfer pricing policies, analyzing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with the arm's length principle across multiple jurisdictions. You will act as a key player in preparing global TP documentation, coordinating with external advisors, and supporting the Regional Tax Lead in complex cross-border scenarios.

You will get the chance to:

• Lead the preparation, review, and timely filing of Transfer Pricing documentation globally, including Master File, Local Files, and Country-by-Country Reporting (CbCR).
• Monitor and analyze intercompany margins on a regular basis, calculating year-end or periodic transfer pricing adjustments when necessary.
• Conduct and review economic analyses and benchmarking studies using specialized financial databases.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining intercompany agreements to ensure alignment with implemented TP policies and operational reality.
• Actively participate in defending the company's transfer pricing policies during external tax audits, responding to tax authority requirements and queries.
• Monitor BEPS updates, OECD guidelines, and local transfer pricing legislative changes, evaluating their business implications.
• Support the Regional Tax / TP Lead in strategic decisions, business restructurings, M&A processes, and the integration of new acquired companies from a TP perspective.
• Guide, mentor, and review the work of Junior and Semi-Senior analysts.
• Interact constantly with external advisors, local tax teams, and cross-functional teams (Legal, Accounting, Treasury).

What will help you succeed:

• Academic Background: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 4 to 6 years of specific experience in Transfer Pricing (experience in Big4 or Multinational Corporate environments is highly preferred).
• Knowledge: Solid understanding of the OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, BEPS action plans, and local LATAM TP regulations.
• Languages: Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English skills (written and spoken) are strictly required to interact in a global corporate environment and draft technical reports.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel user. Experience with Transfer Pricing databases (e.g., Thomson Reuters, Bloomberg, Orbis/Amadeus, KtMINE) is a strong plus. SAP knowledge is desirable. AI capabilities (Claude, Gemini , etc) is a plus
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and business acumen.
• Proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced and remote/hybrid set-up.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a team-player and mentoring mindset.
