Ferring Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Team Lead Talent Acquisition for our Argentina offices. You will lead the in-house TA team, manage end-to-end recruitment across three sites, and partner with business leaders to translate needs into hires, while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and strong stakeholder alignment.

The role requires 5+ years in TA, 3+ years of people management, English proficiency, and experience with Workday and other TA tools.

Formación

• +5 years of talent acquisition experience, including hands-on recruitment operations
• +3 years of people management experience in Talent Acquisition
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred

Responsabilidades

• Partner with BIOMÁS/IMSA leaders and other departments to gather and analyze hiring needs.
• Lead and develop the in-house TA team to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for a variety of profiles and seniority levels in Argentina.
• Oversee the pre-employment checks and background check process.
• Coordinate onboarding with local HRBPs and pre-boarding tasks.
• Track recruitment metrics and report progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition and onboarding.
• Liaise with local HRBPs and Hiring Managers for clear communication.
• Maintain the ATS (Workday).
• Participate in global projects as a regional TA leader.

Ferring is hiring a Team Lead Talent Acquisition for our Argentina Offices. We are looking for a reliable and energetic person who is eager to actively contribute to the talent acquisition function at Ferring. The role is first and foremost a people manager—building capability and accountability across the TA team to deliver hiring outcomes (quality of hire, stakeholder experience, and speed). Secondly, your scope will be focused on managing end-to-end recruitment processes within our three sites, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong alignment with internal stakeholders.
Our aspiration is that you act as a true partner in translating business needs when identifying talent, assessing competencies, coordinating pre-employment tasks, and onboarding processes, contributing to Ferring’s culture of excellence and growth.

Your day at Ferring

• Partner with BIOMÁS/IMSA leaders and other departments to gather and analyze hiring needs.
• Lead and develop the in-house TA team (hiring, performance management, coaching, and capability building) to deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Act as the point of escalation in the assigned geography for service delivery issues.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies for a variety of profiles and seniority levels, ensuring timely and high-quality hires.
• Manage pre-employment medical checks and all required documentation for new hires.
• Oversee the background check process.
• Coordinate and communicate with new employees, liaising with local HRBP’s regarding pre-boarding tasks (welcome emails, initial training, induction, and onboarding).
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare progress reports.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes
• Liaising with the local HRBP’s and Hiring Managers to ensure clear communication.
• Update and maintain our ATS (Workday).
• Screening and assessment activities to understand active candidates’ eligibility for our roles.
• Participate in global projects as a regional TA leader. Represent local needs in global program design and drive successful regional implementation.
  

Behind our innovation…There’s you

• University degree in Psychology or Human Resources is preferred.
• + 5 years of talent acquisition experience (required), including hands-on recruitment operations experience (required), ideally in a manufacturing environment.
• + 3 years of people management experience in Talent Acquisition (required), including developing, training, and mentoring junior talent (required).
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good proficiency in English is mandatory skill.
• Motivation to be part of a multicultural and international Talent Acquisition team, where recruiters, TA leaders and HRBP’s work hand in hand and in a very dynamic way with each other.
• A bias towards quality of hire and candidate experience.
• Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-paced team and environment.
• Comfort with Talent Acquisition technology and sourcing tools (required); experience with tools such as Workday, LinkedIn, ServiceNow, Starred, CareerOS, HireRight, and Rooster (preferred).
• Ability to drive accountability in a highly collaborative way (required).
• Ability to set priorities, drive projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (required).
• Available to rotate between Argentina offices, including our manufacturing site Ferring Biomás, in Sant Martin area
