AbbVie is seeking a Transparency Compliance Analyst to monitor, reconcile, and report transfers of value to ensure Sunshine Act compliance across US and Puerto Rico operations. The role requires strong data integrity, SAP experience, and collaboration with US counterparts.

The ideal candidate will manage monthly and quarterly reporting timelines, perform data scrubbing, and support policy implementation and audits, while maintaining high integrity and attention to detail in all tasks.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3 years of experience in accounting/financial analysis with transparency reconciliations preferred.
• Experience with SAP and US Sunshine Act reporting is a plus.
• Strong data accuracy and ability to explain data clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and reconcile transactions for Sunshine Act compliance.
• Ensure accurate reporting of Transfers of Value to HCPs/HCOs (US/PR).
• Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting deadlines.
• Perform data scrubbing and maintain system reporting data quality.
• Support policy training and documentation for audits.
