AgileEngine in MAR DEL PLATA, Argentina is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports that turn complex data into clear insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams, using SQL, Python, and strong analytical judgment.

Formación

• 4+ years of independent project ownership.
• English fluency (written and spoken).
• Degree in Math/Statistics/Data Science/Economics/CS or equivalent.
• Strong SQL, Snowflake, Tableau/PowerBI, Excel, and Python skills.
• SQL proficiency with CTEs, window functions, and date/time.
• Tableau as primary BI tool for dashboards.
• Experience with large datasets and data modeling.
• Basic stats or ML knowledge.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools for workflow efficiency.
• Strong business communication and stakeholder storytelling.
• Thrives with independence in a fast-paced environment and escalation judiciousness.
• Overlap with US Eastern Time hours (~10 AM – 4 PM ET).

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytic and reporting DB tables for subscription and promo offers performance.
• Produce monthly financial reports with variance analysis and explanations.
• Build reports and Tableau dashboards for Finance, Marketing, and Product.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze retention and LTV for revenue management.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve anomalies via QC processes.
• Respond to ad hoc requests from multiple teams with speed and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
