ICON plc is a world-leading healthcare intelligence and clinical research organization seeking a Study Start Up Associate I to join our team. You will deliver site start-up and activation work, coordinating with your team and stakeholders to ensure timely regulatory submissions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving across study start-up activities, with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs preferred, but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel approximately 5%.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting in preparation and submission of regulatory documents, such as CTAs and ethics committee submissions.
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to obtain approvals and authorizations for study initiation.
• Maintaining accurate records of regulatory submissions and approvals.
• Supporting study teams in development of study documents, including protocols and informed consent forms.
• Participating in study start-up meetings and providing input on regulatory requirements and timelines.
