ICON plc, a leader in healthcare intelligence and clinical research, seeks a Site Engagement Liaison in Argentina. You will nurture relationships with clinical trial sites, support study protocols and regulatory requirements, and drive engagement strategies to improve site performance.

Travel is expected (approximately 60%), with collaboration across internal teams to tailor approaches per study and site. A life sciences background and strong communication skills are essential for success.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff.
• Provide guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to each study and site.
• Monitor site performance metrics and provide updates to study teams on engagement activities and outcomes.

As a Site Engagement Liaison at ICON, you will foster relationships with clinical trial sites, enhancing site engagement, and contribute to the advancement of innovative treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do

You will contribute to clinical research activities, taking responsibility for your deliverables and working collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders at clinical trial sites, including principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff.
• Providing support and guidance to site staff on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and successful study conduct.
• Identifying opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize site performance through regular communication and feedback mechanisms.
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement site engagement strategies tailored to the specific needs of each study and site.
• Monitoring site performance metrics and providing regular updates to study teams on site engagement activities and outcomes.

Your Profile

You will bring relevant clinical research experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor A0s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Previous experience in clinical research, site management, or a related field preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish effective working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 60%)
