Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Student Coordinator to join the HR Department. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long‑Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk‑in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department:

The recruiting department in Human Resources supports the organization by connecting people to purpose. Through recruitment, student clinic coordination, and cross‑department collaboration, our team fosters growth, strengthens talent pipelines, and ensures every placement reflects CMH’s commitment to care. We also serve the people within our organization by offering responsive support, promoting engagement, and helping individuals thrive in their roles.

A typical day includes:

This position will work within HR, but will be connected to many different departments and leaders while assisting students through clinical rotations, internships and job shadowing.

  • Working with high school or college students to arrange job shadowing, clinical rotations, or site visits.
  • Communicating with department leaders for clinical sites for rotations.
  • Working alongside recruiting to create a pipeline for future applicants through social media and site visits.
  • Creating marketing or advertising to capture students’ attention.
  • Discovering new avenues to grow the clinical programs by working with various departments through email to provide prioritization of student placement.
This position is:

Full-time. Days 8:30am‑5pm.

Job Requirements:
  • Education: Associate’s Degree in Business or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience working with students, marketing, or in HR.
  • Skills: Managing Social Media, Personable, Organized, Self‑paced.
  • Licensure/Certification: N/A.
