Accenture is seeking Oracle Cloud Consultants to join our Finance practice. The role focuses on large-scale Finance Transformation programs, helping clients modernize finance processes and accelerate digital transformation through Oracle Cloud solutions across Finance, EPM, and integrations.

You will work with global teams on R2R, O2C, P2P, and related processes, build functional specs, and support design, configuration, testing and go-live activities.

Formación

• 3+ years in Oracle Cloud implementations or Finance Transformation
• Experience in ERP/Financial systems implementations
• Advanced English level.

About the Role

We are looking for Oracle Cloud Consultants to join our Finance practice. The role focuses on large-scale Finance Transformation programs, helping organizations modernize finance processes, improve operational performance, and accelerate digital transformation through Oracle Cloud solutions. Professionals will have the opportunity to work across Oracle Finance, Oracle EPM, Oracle Technical & Integrations, and Oracle Testing workstreams, supporting global clients through complex transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and support the design of Oracle Cloud solutions aligned with client needs.
• Participate in Finance Transformation programs across Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and related processes.
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with Finance and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define target-state processes.
• Translate business needs into functional and/or technical solution designs.
• Support Oracle Cloud implementation projects through design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, training materials, and user documentation.
• Collaborate with global, cross-functional, and technical teams to deliver successful transformation programs.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and contribute to business development and innovation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud implementations, Finance Transformation, ERP Consulting, EPM, Technology Consulting, or related business functions.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • Oracle Finance Cloud (R2R, A2R, O2C, P2P, P2C)
  • Oracle EPM (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, EPRCS, PCMCS, Tax Reporting)
  • Oracle Technical & Integrations (OIC, Cloud Interfaces, Conversions, Reporting & Analytics)
  • Oracle Testing and Test Management
• Experience participating in system implementation, process optimization, or transformation initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Advanced English level.
