• Must have 8+ years of experience in management, strategy, or technology consulting, ideally for Consumer Goods or Retail.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as listed in the profile.
• Deep expertise in one or more Consumer Goods or Retail areas such as Sales, Trade Marketing, Route-to-Market, or Digital Commerce.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and technology transformation initiatives for global Consumer Goods and Retail clients across commercial, customer, retail, and supply chain functions.
• Advise senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Digital Commerce, Retail, Supply Chain, and Analytics, turning complex challenges into clear recommendations and roadmaps.
• Design and implement new capabilities, processes, operating models, and technology solutions to drive measurable outcomes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and quality while leading multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
• Identify opportunities to use data, automation, and AI to improve business performance and support proposals and business development.
