Endava is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Technical Team Lead to steer the technical design and delivery of enterprise-scale CRM and automation solutions. The role combines hands-on development with solution architecture and leadership across insurance-related projects, leveraging Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure integrations.

You will guide engineers, refine requirements into technical stories, and ensure delivery momentum while upholding security and performance standards.

Qualifications
