SAP is seeking an accomplished Senior SAP Professional with a technical background to join our team as a Technical Service Manager in Buenos Aires. You will deliver high-quality managed services for Rise with SAP customers in their S/4HANA Private Cloud journey and ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

You will act as a trusted technical advisor, lead End2End delivery, and collaborate with Global Cloud Operations to manage tickets and security and compliance topics.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
• Hyperscalers certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of SAP solutions including S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration paths, and tools.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary contact for private cloud customers for technical delivery topics and contractual entitlements.
• Be the technical landscape owner and lead technical delivery for End2End SAP Global Cloud Operations.
• Manage operational security risk and ensure timely maintenance and compliance reporting.
• Act as trusted technical advisor, sharing innovation roadmap with customers.
