ExxonMobil in Argentina seeks a Product Information Management focused professional to support ProMIS, manage lubrication product formulations, and maintain material specifications. You will collaborate across Product Management, Technology Development, Procurement, Operations and Suppliers to implement ECR analysis and ensure Brand integrity.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Information Management (including formulation, claims, raw materials, and MIS).
• Advanced English level.
• Project management and change management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Process improvement mindset and awareness of business objectives.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS): Enable centralized management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, and performance claims.
• Ensure accurate and timely updates in ProMIS: Manage Lubricants introductions and changes; collaborate with Product Management, Technology Development, Technology Deployment, Procurement, Operations, and Suppliers; conduct ECR analysis and planning.
• Maintain centralized documentation of product performance claims and stay current on processes, product performance, and testing requirements for specific business lines.
• Work with Technology Development, Technology Deployment, Technical teams, Procurement, and Suppliers to manage component introductions and changes.
• Identify and recommend opportunities for process and system enhancements.
