CRISIL seeks an Operations Analyst to work with the COO of a U.S.-based hybrid investment firm. The role focuses on supporting ad-hoc requests, conducting market research, and producing data-driven analyses with senior management.

You will help develop methods to improve processes, manage data across Finance and HR, and coordinate with vendors for performance analysis. Strong English, Excel, and PowerPoint skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance, BusinessAdministration, Data Management or other relative degrees
• Excellent level of English (Mandatory)
• Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Excellent written and communication skills, with theability to synthesize complex ideas
• Research and finance skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with little guideline

Responsabilidades

• Support reports production and review of dataintegrity
• Attend and prepare material for meetings andmodify/develop approaches based on the discussions
• Work on ad-hoc market research requests
• Assist in ongoing projects to improve currentprocesses and launch new strategies
• Data management and interaction with other division ofthe firm such as Finance and HR
• Work with vendors in their coordination andperformance analysis
