Contáctica, a technology and creativity company, is seeking a Business, Data & Projects Analyst to partner with our executive and leadership teams. You will transform complex questions into clear insights, structured solutions, and actionable outcomes in a hybrid environment.

You will build reporting frameworks, dashboards, automate workflows, and translate business needs into technical requirements, using AI tools and platforms like SQL, Power BI, and Looker Studio to accelerate results.

Formación

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data/Operations Analysis, BI, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience gathering, cleaning, reconciling, analyzing, and presenting information.
• Strong communication with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to coordinate projects across teams and manage ambiguity.

• Gather and validate information from multiple sources and teams.

• Analyze operational, business, project, financial, and tech information to find patterns and opportunities.
• Transform complex information into clear reports, dashboards, and executive-ready insights.

• Manage strategic projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive follow-up and ensure deliverables move forward.
• Document and improve business processes and identify automation opportunities.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and execution.
