Black Dragon Capital LLC is seeking a Controller to join the One Dragon Services Finance team in Buenos Aires. You will oversee high‑level accounting, managerial accounting, and financial activities across multiple portfolio companies.

The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, governance, and experience working with investors (VC/PE). The successful candidate will implement internal controls, manage budgeting cycles, and interact with senior executives.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Previous Controller or senior manager experience.
• Excellent computer skills with accounting software and system implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, budgeting, cost accounting, and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage all aspects of accounting including billing, financial statements, general ledger, payroll, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting and tax compliance.
• Maintain documented accounting policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial analysis and reporting.
• Prepare and audit monthly, quarterly, and annual close schedules and participate in budget vs. actual meetings.
• Advise on financial analyses and capital investments with management and CFO.
• Define and implement operational best practices in finance.
• Ensure compliance with laws and tax filings for all jurisdictions.
• Produce complete financial statements (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow) and monitor cash balances.
• Lead external audit processes by coordinating schedules and providing documentation.
