MR DIY Philippines is seeking a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor for the RTM - NCCC Panacan. You will drive store sales, supervise daily operations, set up gondolas, and lead a team to deliver great customer service.

Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, at least 5 years of retail experience, and demonstrated leadership, coaching, stock/merchandising, and safety compliance. Willingness to work at NCCC Panacan and uphold company standards is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• 5 years of working experience in Retail Industry.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the store’s sales achievement and growth.
• Set up gondolas and merchandise display.
• Ensure that the store’s daily operation is properly managed.
• Keep the store tidy and clean.
• Organize & arrange merchandise in the product selling area.
• Greet and serve customers.
• Maintain stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Recruit, select, train, coach & discipline employees; monitor & appraise job responsibilities.
• Provide constructive guidance to team on effective operations.
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe & clean store environment.
• Daily bank-in of store sales.
• Stocking & order own use items & small notes.
• Complete, update & report to HQ & Superior.
• Sending documents related to HQ and Superior.
• Work within established guidelines & SOP.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Asst Branch Manager/ Branch Manager.
