Job summary

Pickup Coffee is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, coach Baristas, and ensure quality service. You will manage schedules, supervise cash handling, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across shifts.

Strong knowledge of coffee and customer-centric service is essential, with the ability to train staff and support promotions. The role requires flexibility for extended hours, experience in food-and-beverage settings, and proficiency with POS systems and data

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in a restaurant, coffee shop, or equivalent food and beverage establishment.
• Barista experience is a plus; a certificate in Food and Beverage Service is an advantage.
• Amenable to working flexible and extended operational hours as needed and overseeing different store locations.
• Able to structure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful insights.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the overall store operation to ensure a successful, efficient, and customer-centric store environment.
• Supervises Baristas to ensure products are served with friendly, individualized customer service.
• Trains and oversees Baristas to ensure products are prepared according to approved standards.
• Manages staff schedules across shifts and store activities.
• Oversees cashiering and operational fund management per company policies.
• Maintains cleanliness, safety, and supply availability for store operations.
• Implements company policies and updates.
• Supports marketing promotions and store events.
