HomeVision is seeking a full-stack Staff Software Engineer in Argentina to build interfaces and infrastructure powering MIRA, our AI-driven mortgage underwriting platform. You will work with founders, designers, and ML engineers to deliver features that explain AI decisions to humans.

Join a small, fast-moving team that values ownership, clear communication, and hard problems. You’ll own architecture, ship critical features, and help scale a platform used by major lenders in Argentina and beyond.

Formación

• Production experience: 4+ years shipping production-grade software.
• Backend fluency with Go (preferred), Java, C++ or similar; understanding of concurrency and distributed systems.
• Frontend competence with React and TypeScript; comfortable building and debugging complex UIs.
• Cloud-native mindset with AWS (Lambda, SQS, S3) and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Ship product end-to-end: own features from DB schema to UI components for underwriters using AI.
• Architect for scale: design robust solutions for large loan-file data with high availability and low latency.
• Bridge the AI gap: collaborate with ML engineers to integrate AI services into the SaaS platform.
• Elevate engineering culture: promote best practices and adopt AI-powered tools to improve velocity and reliability.
