Webflow is seeking a Staff DevOps Engineer, Delivery Loop to define and drive end-to-end deployment strategy, owning CI pipelines to production rollout, and shaping the systems that enable engineering velocity at scale. This is a remote-first role reporting to the Senior Engineering Manager.

You will mentor engineers, set technical direction, implement canary/blue-green delivery, and improve observability and reliability across teams, driving high-impact outcomes for Webflow's development

Formación

• BS / BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure roles.
• Business-level fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Define and drive Webflow’s end-to-end deployment strategy from CI to production rollout.
• Own and evolve GitOps-based deployment platform ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Design safe progressive delivery mechanisms (canary, blue/green, feature flags, automated rollback).
• Set technical direction across teams to improve velocity and system reliability.
• Establish and evangelize CI/CD, release engineering, and environment management best practices.
