Webflow is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to improve the reliability and scalability of its production cloud infrastructure serving millions of page views per hour. You will own and evolve the compute layer, EKS fleet, serverless components, networking, and cloud operations across AWS and GCP.
You will design and maintain infrastructure-as-code patterns, elevate observability, and build AI-powered automation to optimize cloud management.
Formación
- 5+ years of experience owning and operating cloud infrastructure in a customer-facing environment with minimal downtime.
- Deep hands-on experience with AWS and strong cloud operations.
- Experience managing Kubernetes clusters at scale, including upgrades and autoscaling.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi or Terraform; preference for code-driven changes.
Responsabilidades
- Own and evolve the cloud platform used by product and engineering teams across AWS and GCP.
- Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code foundations and shared components.
- Design and maintain the networking layer for reliability, security, and scalability.
- Improve observability with dashboards, alerts, and SLOs to catch issues before customers notice.
- Build AI-powered automation for cloud infra management, including policy-as-code and drift detection.
- Help define the culture of the team as it expands internationally.
