Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to take a product capability from idea to production, leading a Node.js/TypeScript platform on AWS. You will work closely with end users to shape requirements and own the operation of services in production, while leveraging AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building backend systems with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Background designing event-driven microservices architectures in production.
• Hands-on work with AWS-hosted platforms.
• Track record taking software to production and owning its operation.
• Comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
• Skill working directly with end users.
• Advanced level of English.
