Launch Potato, a Discovery and Conversion Company, is seeking a hands-on Senior Data Scientist to own the data science engine for a high-impact vertical. You will work directly with stakeholders to frame problems, build models, and shepherd them from concept through deployment to improve ROAS and media efficiency.

You will initially focus on Insurance and Advertiser Quality, then broaden to other verticals.

Formación

• Proven experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or leadgen.
• Experience building adtech algorithms for user acquisition or paid media modeling.
• Strong modeling fundamentals to drive business impact.
• Multi-year hands-on experience building and deploying ML on AWS.
• Experience with multi-armed bandit, reinforcement learning, recommender systems, funnel monetization, and LTV modeling.
• Expert Python and SQL proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full data science engine for a priority vertical from problem to deployed model and live ROAS performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and ML engineering for end-to-end deployment and monitoring of models.
• Start with Insurance and Advertiser Quality; expand to additional verticals over time.
• Ensure outputs are validated, well-documented, and drive measurable revenue growth.
