Job Overview Drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and pursuing new business opportunities, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales development best practices, processes, and tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage all sales opportunities within the assigned territory using Salesforce (SFDC), ensuring accurate reporting and timely updates.
- Support and train the sales team to drive opportunities toward successful closure.
- Communicate market trends and technological shifts to Sales Managers, Product Managers, and Engineering teams.
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE Energy’s product roadmap and business strategy.
- Introduce new products to the market and ensure proper positioning and adoption.
- Deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on market conditions and account performance.
- Travel across Argentina, Uruguay, and Paraguay (up to 50%) to meet clients, conduct presentations, and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar sales development role.
- Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce (SFDC).
- Experience with Power BI is a plus.
Technical & Market Knowledge
- Deep understanding of the electrical products market, especially within the utilities sector.
- Ability to identify and communicate market trends, including technological shifts and customer acquisition processes.
- Proven experience in technical product presentations and strategic account development.
Sales & Business Development Skills
- Skilled in sales tactics, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Ability to introduce new products to the market and drive profitable revenue growth.
- Experience managing opportunities and pipelines through Salesforce.
- Comfortable working under target-driven environments.

- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
