United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Product Designer to shape the future of AI-powered business communications. You will join a design team that values human-centered problem solving and collaborates with engineers and product managers to craft scalable, intuitive experiences.

You’ll explore diverse product challenges, advocate for users, and help define end-to-end flows that blend AI with human interaction.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience shipping high-quality product design work.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering meaningful user experiences.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and leading complex projects independently.
• Think in systems—design end-to-end experiences rather than isolated screens.
• Comfortable working with frontend code and collaborating closely with engineers.
• Experience designing AI-enhanced experiences and using AI tools.

• Grow and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability and accessibility.
• Identify opportunities where AI/automation adds meaningful value for customers.
• Mentor designers and elevate the craft and pace of the team.

What you’ll do

• Identify new opportunities where AI and automation can create meaningful value for customers.
• Mentor other designers and elevate the craft, speed, and quality of how the team ships.
