RYZ Labs is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join the Sales & Finance Engineering team, building a service-oriented, event-driven ecosystem that informs product decisions for fans.

The role focuses on Elixir with Phoenix, LiveView frontends, PostgreSQL, and an event-based RabbitMQ system. You’ll deploy on AWS EKS with Terraform and CI/CD via GitHub Actions, collaborating across LatAm and US teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Elixir programming language and functional programming concepts.
• Experience building web applications with Phoenix or similar frameworks.
• Interest or experience in CQRS and evented systems.
• Familiarity with database systems and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of web application security best practices.
• Experience with Git and working with a team (e.g. Pull Requests).
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience integrating legacy systems with modern platforms.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Sales & Finance Engineering team and contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of applications. You’ll help build and evolve a service-oriented, event-driven ecosystem of applications that position their teams to make the most informed decisions about the products they are releasing to their fans.

Their stack primarily uses Elixir with the Phoenix Framework, LiveView frontends, PostgreSQL databases, and an event-based system with RabbitMQ. They deploy on AWS EKS using Terraform and maintain continuous integration and deployment with GitHub Actions.

Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Elixir programming language and functional programming concepts
• Experience building web applications with Phoenix or similar frameworks
